Avocado (and egg) snack

Basically like a guacamole but with hard boiled egg (white) for protein.
2 ripe avocados
1/2 - 1 chili
2 spring onions
1-2 T of rice vinegar or lemon juice pepper
salt
1-2 hard boiled egg (white) cut
hand full of fresh chopped coriander or parsley
Method
Mash up the avocados, finely chop the chili, spring onions and add all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix it up. Then add the hard boiled egg (I only use the egg white).
