Chilli Dip
Ingredients:
2 spring onions finely chopped
2 fresh chilies finely copped
2-3 T of fresh coriander chopped
2-3 T of vinegar (rice vinegar is best)
1 T of sugar (dissolve this in a tiny bit of hot water to avoid grittiness)
pepper
Method:
chop everything up and mix it up, then put in fridge for a few minutes
This is one of my all-time favorites. I discovered it when I was making Thai tofu cakes which took ages and were very mediocre in taste (for the effort). This chilli dip in comparison livens up any meal and only takes about 5 minutes.
