Scrambled Tofu 2

A super-quick protein breakfast fix.
ingredients
1 block of tofu (best is a medium density)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp cumin (freshly ground if you can)
1 tsp turmeric
1tbsp freshly ground ginger
2-3 splashes of tamari (soy sauce)
3-4 small dollops (or blobs) of tomato puree
Method
throw everything into a pan and fry up for 2-3 minutes. Serve on hot toast with baked beans or something, awesome vegan breakfast alternative to eggs
